1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

• "System" — The Web-Based Church Information System developed for The Valley Cathedral Naic World Conquest Ministry.
• "User" — Any individual who accesses or uses the System, including administrators, church staff, ministry leaders, volunteers, and congregants.
• "Administrator" — Authorized personnel responsible for managing system settings, user accounts, and data access controls.
• "Church" or "We" — The Valley Cathedral Naic World Conquest Ministry.
• "Personal Information" — Any information that can identify an individual, as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

If you are accessing the System on behalf of an organization or ministry, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The System is provided exclusively for church-related activities and ministry purposes, including:

• Managing member information and records
• Tracking attendance and ministry participation
• Recording and managing donations and financial contributions
• Coordinating church events and activities
• Managing livestream services and online content
• Communicating with church members and leaders

4.2 User Responsibilities

• Use the System in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and personal information of other users
• Use System features responsibly and for their intended purposes
• Report bugs, errors, security vulnerabilities, or suspicious activities immediately
• Cooperate with Church administrators in maintaining System security

5. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

• Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Accessing or attempting to access data you are not authorized to view
• Modifying or deleting data without proper authorization
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempting unauthorized access to the System, server, or network
• Using the System for personal gain, commercial purposes, or illegal activities
• Interfering with the integrity or performance of the System
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the System
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the System
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users or staff members
• Posting or sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
